Community Support
At fps, Community Integration Managers work alongside psychologists and therapists to provide practical, therapeutic, and risk management-oriented support in clients’ everyday environments.
By working directly with clients in the community, CIMs help translate treatment goals into daily life through guidance, mentoring, skill development, advocacy, monitoring, and practical support. Their work helps strengthen independence, reinforce treatment and risk management strategies, build healthier relationships, and create meaningful opportunities for participation, connection, and success.
